Yes, some of our properties can be booked for a single night from Monday to Thursday. On weekends, the minimum stay is 2 nights, and for long weekends, 3 nights.
Many of our properties are pet friendly 🐾. Just apply the “pet allowed” filter on our website or reach out to us directly. There's a $30 USD extra fee per booking, and you'll need to let us know in advance and agree to our pet policy.
We love pets! But there are a few important rules:
- Let us know before check-in and wait for our approval.
- We don’t allow puppies under 1 year or breeds considered dangerous.
- Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds.
- In apartments, pets can’t be left alone (good vibes with neighbors matter!).
- Always clean up after your pet, inside and outside. This is not covered by cleaning fees.
- Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
- Many pet-friendly houses have open yards — you're responsible for your pet's safety.
No. Each property has a maximum capacity that must be respected, for safety, comfort, and to care for the space.
Always! Sheets and towels are included in all bookings — no need to bring your own. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory linen change is required to maintain quality, with an extra cost.
Most of our check-ins are self-guided. You'll collect the keys from a lockbox with a code, and you can check in from 3 PM. If the property is ready earlier, we’ll coordinate and let you know! We'll reach out the day before to arrange everything.
Not at all — don’t worry! We have several lockboxes around the city and always place the keys in the one closest and most convenient to the property.
Check-out is also self-guided: just return the key to the same lockbox before 10 AM. Please drop it off right after leaving. Want a late check-out? Ask us — if it’s available, we’ve got you covered!
The security deposit is held via credit card. A hold is placed and refunded to the same card within 48 hours after check-out, once we’ve checked the property and linen. If the linen is stained, a replacement fee will be charged. *Different policies may apply for Patagonia properties.
If you cancel, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Yes, as long as you let us know at least 30 days before check-in. One date change is allowed.
Yes! For properties in Mar del Plata and Chapadmalal, the booking deposit is paid by credit card. The remaining balance is due before check-in via bank transfer. Some properties also accept cash 💵 (USD large bills) or ARS at the official exchange rate listed on infodolar.com. Payment policies for properties in Bariloche and Buenos Aires may vary. We use dynamic pricing, so quotes may change. The price we send is valid only on the day it's issued.
Yes, on our website you can pay in ARS at the official USD exchange rate (sell price of the day). *Patagonia properties may use a different exchange rate.
It depends on the property, its capacity, and number of guests. Thinking of hosting something? Let us know — we’ll check if it’s possible with prior approval from the owner.
Amenities cannot be paid for separately. They can be used only if the building rules allow access for temporary renters. This isn’t up to Hola Sur. Ask us and we’ll let you know based on your booking.

Yes! For an extra fee, we can arrange a light cleaning (not deep cleaning). You can also add linen changes every 2 days. This can be requested when booking or during your stay, depending on availability.

Of course! All our properties include WiFi in the rental price — no extra charge.
Yes, we need your contact details to complete the rental agreement. We’ll ask for your full name, ID, address, and phone number. This helps us ensure everything’s in place for your arrival. Important: If you’re staying in Barrancas de San Benito, the gated community requires the following info for all guests when confirming the booking: Full name, ID, car make/model, and license plate. Without this, access won’t be granted, as open keys won’t be generated.
