This apartment is located in the heart of Barrio Varese, Mar del Plata. It has plenty of light and an incredible view of the sea and the entire coast of Mar del Plata. A high-end apartment that has everything necessary for short and long stays.
The living dining room has a sofa with TV (and streaming transmission for apps) where you can relax watching the sea. It has a wide balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook if you prefer. It even has a washing machine and dishwasher. It also has 3 bedrooms: the main one en suite with a balcony with sea view that we love so you can enjoy the view feeling like you're in a hotel. The second bedroom has a double bed and sea view. The third one has two single beds. Additionally, you will have a toilet at the reception. The building is suitable for reduced mobility and has 24-hour security. This property has a private and covered double parking space in the building.
You will be close to everything: Guemes area for walking and shopping, walks along the coast, coffee breaks and healthy food like Bon Jus! and more classic restaurants like Oceanside, bodegón Stella Maris, Angkor and Carácter de Fonda, among many other options.
