This department is in one of the best areas of Mar del Plata, facing the Golf of Playa Grande and very close to the Alem circuit and Playa Grande.
Apt Al is in front of a plaza in the San Carlos neighborhood, which is why it gives us plenty of greenery from the living room window. It is a fully equipped apartment for short and long stays. It's practical, because it has a bedroom but with two very comfortable beds in the living room that function as an armchair and allows 4 people to comfortably fit in the apartment. It is chosen by families or friends who don't require much privacy when sharing the common living room space. With integrated kitchen, breakfast bar, balcony and 1 full bathroom. Additionally, you will have parking inside the building to enter and exit quickly and an alarm system in the building so you don't have to worry about anything.
Dept Al is close to Playa Grande, restaurants like Manolo Sucursal Alem, Los Toldos Viejos (one of our favorite grills), Muu, and cafes like Folc and Mar del Plata clothing shopping like Luys as well. And if you head towards the port side, you'll be 5 minutes away from Restaurant Lo de Fran (the best fresh fish ceviche you'll ever try) and the open-air Port Shopping Center.
