This apartment was designed for you to enjoy Mar del Plata like a local. Everything is brand new, with warm materials, natural light that comes in all afternoon, and a simple and contemporary style. The location is ideal: one block from San Martín Park—one of the most beautiful in the city, with incredible sea views—and just a few blocks from Playa Grande, so you can walk down every day without moving your car.
The living room has a relaxed atmosphere, with design details, TV and a mix of wood and neutrals that make it super cozy. The kitchen, completely new, is equipped so you can cook comfortably during your stay. You'll also find books and details designed for that moment of rest after the beach.
The apartment has two very bright bedrooms. The main one features a double bed and a very nice warm décor. The second bedroom has large windows, a French balcony, and a bed with a box spring plus another single bed that slides out from underneath. It's ideal for families, couples with children, or groups of friends. Additionally, there is a full bathroom and a toilet, both newly made.
The area has everything at hand. You are close to Alem, with supermarkets, cafés and places to eat like Bakery Little Ofelia —with whom we have an alliance and discounts for guests—, Luys, Helados Italia, Tiki Bar, grills and more. A comfortable neighborhood, green and with coastal energy.
