If there is something that makes Depto Malecón special, it is that it combines two things that are difficult to find together: sea views and a privileged location in one of the most beautiful areas of Mar del Plata. Located in Playa Chica, within one of the most exclusive buildings in the city, this apartment is designed for those who want to enjoy the sea, move around on foot and return to a unique space facing the sea.
Upon entering you will find a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and breakfast bar, a modern space with design details where the sea view steals all the attention. From here you can also access the balcony, ideal for starting the day with a coffee or simply enjoying the landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and enjoy the apartment as if you were at home.
The master bedroom features a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a sofa bed and, like the main one, has access to the balcony and plenty of natural light throughout the day. Additionally, the apartment has a second complete bathroom with a shower for added comfort.
In the living room there is a practical single sofa bed, allowing you to comfortably accommodate more guests.
As part of the experience, you will have access to all the building's amenities: 24-hour security, covered parking, gym, sauna, laundry, and outdoor pool.
Playa Chica is one of our favorite areas in Mar del Plata. From Depto Malecón you will be just one block from the beach and also one block from Manolo de la Costa, a classic Mar del Plata spot for breakfast, lunch, or simply a stop after a walk. Plus, in just a few minutes you'll be able to reach the Alem commercial circuit, one of the busiest areas in the city. There you'll find shops, fairs, cafeterias, and some of our favorites for dining out: the classic Parrilla Huija, Satori's Asian offering, Little Ofelia Bakery's afternoon snacks, or a night of drinks at Tiki Bar. And if you like to walk, from here you can explore the entire coast to Playa Grande enjoying one of the most beautiful postcards of Mar del Plata.
