Just meters from the Alem shopping center, the Golf Club and, of course, the beach, it offers everything you need to make your stay comfortable and practical.
The apartment features a spacious and bright living-dining room with views of the sea and golf course. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is designed for 2 people, with a single bed and a trundle bed underneath. It has a full bathroom with shower and an additional toilet for added comfort.
In addition, private garage and a glazed balcony with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the fresh air with the best view.
If you choose Depto Toti, you'll be very close to Alem Street, the commercial heart of the neighborhood. On the corner, the famous Manolo and very close by gastronomic options like Los Toldos Viejos, cafés like Folc or Dinette, supermarkets like Menor Coste and health food stores like New Garden and Muscetta. Also, you can enjoy the Golf restaurant which is great for enjoying and getting to know.
The Playa Grande promenade, with its beaches, is ideal year-round for strolling, safe to go with children and pets. During summer and weekends, you can enjoy places like Santa —with its gramajo scramble, branches and dulce de leche waffles— and at night bars like El Tiki or Santa, where you can try sushi or stay to dance. In the Alem circuit there are also options for all tastes: Little Ofelia's Bakery, Café Folc, Kersen, Luys, SAO croissants, Italia ice cream and more.
