Maires Urbano is an exclusive new building located in a strategic area of Mar del Plata to enjoy its modern and urban zone all year round: Güemes area. This zone stands out for its variety of shops for shopping, cafes for all tastes, gastronomy, bars and more. But also, it has easy access, both by car and on foot, from the Mar del Plata coast at the height of Varese and a few meters from Colón Avenue if you want to escape to the southern part of the city in a matter of minutes.
Our apartment 304 is a 2-environment apartment with 47 m2, very bright, designed to accommodate up to 3 guests who want to feel like they are in a hotel.
The apartment is super bright and features high-end details, with a modern electronic lock access and radiant floor heating. It has a living-dining room and a fully equipped semi-integrated kitchen to enjoy at all times. It also has one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room (120x190)
Additionally, the apartment comes with a parking space in the building, so you won't have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself.
In Güemes zone you will find everything: 2 blocks from Paseo Aldrey Shopping with cinema, restaurants like Dei Fiori (one of our favorite options for eating pasta) and Furia (a rooftop that combines the cuisine of Sarasa Negro and Perales, 2 emblematic places of Mar del Plata). If you want to be indoors, within meters you will find options to put together your perfect appetizer: Innamorati del Pane is a high-quality sourdough bakery, Barraca has the best Charcuterie and Cabrales to buy other delicacies and wines. If you want to go out and visit a bar, Estación Central is a corner that opens every day and Antares is our craft brewery of all time. If you are team sweet and like pastry, we recommend stopping by Nina Pasticceria or trying Lucciano's ice cream, both meters from the apartment. And if you want outdoor activities, just leaving the building and walking towards the coast will delight you since you will be able to find the water tower and a divine residential area to explore.

Mechi Dept is an excellent option for those looking to be in a key area of the city: just 4 blocks from the Güemes commercial circuit, with easy access to the coast and Paseo Aldrey, surrounded by shops, restaurants and services.
Ideal for two people, but with the option to add a third guest thanks to the single bed in the living dining room, super bright in the morning and afternoon. It has a bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom with shower and bathtub, equipped kitchen, and uncovered parking.
In Güemes zone you will find everything: a few blocks from Paseo Aldrey Shopping with cinema, restaurants like Dei Fiori (one of our favorite options for eating pasta) and Furia (a rooftop that combines the cuisine of Sarasa Negro and Perales, 2 emblems of Mar del Plata). If you want to be indoors, a few meters away you will find options to put together your perfect appetizer: Innamorati del Pane is a high-quality sourdough bakery, Luys is an excellent brunch option, Barraca has the best charcuterie and Cabrales to buy other delicacies and wines. If you want to go out and visit a bar, Estación Central is a corner that opens every day and Antares is our craft brewery of all time.
