If you like going for walks, eating well, and having the sea nearby, this place is for you.
The Apart de Las Heras are ideal apartments to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay right in Güemes, just 5 blocks from the sea. With capacity for 4 guests, they are an excellent option for those who want to enjoy everything we love about Mardel in one place: sea, cafés and streets to explore.
Each apartment has a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with an island and a daily dining area, as well as a spacious balcony facing the street, perfect for having a drink or relaxing after the beach. The master bedroom is en suite and features a full bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, the apartment has a guest powder room, something super practical for everyday use.
Unit 3B also has an uncovered parking space inside the building, ideal for greater comfort during your stay. Important note: the parking space is suitable only for cars and SUVs. Pickup trucks are not allowed due to space dimensions.
The building also adds spaces that make the experience even better: a heated pool available year-round for guests, ideal even outside the season, and a barbecue area with grill and dining room, which can be accessed by paying an additional fee.
The apartment is ideal for families or couples. In the same building we have other units that add up to a capacity of up to 40 people, so if you need to come with other families or couples but each one wants to have their privacy, consult with us.
In the Güemes area you will have everything close by to enjoy Mar del Plata on foot: two blocks from Shopping Aldrey, with gastronomic offerings and commercial promenade, and very close to restaurants like Dei Fiori (one of our favorite options for eating pasta) and Furia (a rooftop that combines the cuisine of Sarasanegro and Perales). Plus, you're just 5 blocks from the sea, minutes from Torreón del Monje, Playa Bristol and the Central Casino. On Olavarría and Güemes you will find bars, cafes like Bonsai, Sainte Jeanne and Baguette, as well as Mar del Plata classics like Heladería Italia and Lucciano's.
