With an open and green view, Romi Apt has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 4 people. In the first bedroom, there is a double bed and in the second, 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, oven and microwave, as well as kitchen utensils. A completely complete kitchen to cook comfortably. Additionally, it has air conditioning in the living room, central heating and WiFi connection, so you can stay comfortable and connected. A private covered parking will make your stay the most comfortable and safe.

The location is ideal, just 200 meters from Punta Mogotes beach and close to Waikiki, which renovated its restaurant. Additionally, you will have cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby. This neighborhood has easy access to the southern part of the city and is very close to Mar del Plata's port, where by car you will be just minutes away from Restaurant Lo de Fran (the best fishing tiradito you will try) and the Open-Air Commercial Center of the Port.

Susana Apartment combines design, comfort, and a privileged location to enjoy Mar del Plata at your own pace. Recycled to new and located on the seventh floor, it allows you to enjoy one of the city's most classic views and have everything within reach.

Designed for up to 3 guests, it features a bright living-dining room with a Teddy-style sofa made up of two mattresses, ideal for a third person who prefers to rest in the armchair or with the possibility of converting into a bed for two people by using the mattresses on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped so you feel at home throughout your stay.

The master bedroom is en suite, with a queen size bed that can also be separated into two single beds according to each group's needs. In addition, it has a full bathroom with shower and an additional toilet, a detail that adds comfort when traveling with several people. Furthermore, it has a washing machine, a great ally for long stays or extended vacations.

The apartment does not have a garage, but its privileged location allows you to move comfortably on foot and have everything nearby. Additionally, it is pet friendly, so your pet is also welcome to enjoy the stay.

The location of Depto Susana is ideal for enjoying Mar del Plata without needing to use a car. You will be on the emblematic Avenida Colón, one of the most classic postcards of the city, just 4 blocks from Torreón del Monje and a few minutes from Playa Varese, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Mar del Plata coast. Additionally, 1 block away begins the commercial circuit of Güemes, full of cafeterias, restaurants and shops to explore. Meters from the apartment you will find one of our favorite restaurants in the city, Carácter de Fonda, and for breakfast or afternoon tea, options like Bonsai Café and Nina Pasticceria are must-visit stops.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

For reservations of more than 15 nights, payment is made in three installments:

1st payment: at the time of confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 45 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.

The reservation will be confirmed once the first payment is credited. Failure to make any of the payments may result in the cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with current policies.
