With an open and green view, Romi Apt has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 4 people. In the first bedroom, there is a double bed and in the second, 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, oven and microwave, as well as kitchen utensils. A completely complete kitchen to cook comfortably. Additionally, it has air conditioning in the living room, central heating and WiFi connection, so you can stay comfortable and connected. A private covered parking will make your stay the most comfortable and safe.

The location is ideal, just 200 meters from Punta Mogotes beach and close to Waikiki, which renovated its restaurant. Additionally, you will have cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby. This neighborhood has easy access to the southern part of the city and is very close to Mar del Plata's port, where by car you will be just minutes away from Restaurant Lo de Fran (the best fishing tiradito you will try) and the Open-Air Commercial Center of the Port.

Maires Urbano is an exclusive and brand-new building located in a strategic area of Mar del Plata to enjoy the modern and urban area all year round: the Güemes zone. This area is characterized by its variety of shops for shopping, cafes for all tastes, gastronomy, bars and more. But it also has easy access, both by car and on foot, from the coast of Mar del Plata at the height of Varese and just a few meters from Colón Avenue if you want to escape to the southern part of the city in a matter of minutes.

Our apartment 305 is a 3-room apartment with 76 m2 with two very bright bedrooms designed to accommodate up to 4 guests who want to feel like in a hotel.
The apartment is super bright and has high-end details, as well as a modern electronic access and radiant floor heating. The apartment has a living-dining room and a fully equipped semi-integrated kitchen to enjoy at all times.
It has 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has a parking space in the building so you don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself.

In the Güemes area, you'll find everything: 2 blocks from the Paseo Aldrey Shopping Center with cinema, restaurants like Dei Fiori (one of our favorite options for pasta) and Furia (a rooftop that combines the cuisine of Sarasa Negro and Perales, 2 emblematic places of Mar del Plata). If you want to stay inside, just a few steps away, you'll find options to prepare your perfect cocktail: Innamorati del Pane is a high-quality sourdough bakery, Barraca has the best Charcuterie and Cabrales to buy other delicacies and wines. If you want to go out and visit a bar, Estación Central is a corner that opens every day and Antares is our always-favorite craft brewery. If you're on the sweet team and like pastry shops, we recommend you stop at Nina Pasticceria or try the ice cream at Lucciano's, both just a few meters from the apartment. And if you want outdoor activities, just step out of the building and walk towards the coast to delight yourself, as you can find the water tower and a beautiful residential area to explore.
