This department was designed for you to enjoy Mar del Plata like a local. Everything is brand new, with warm materials, natural light that comes in all afternoon and a simple and contemporary style. The location is ideal: one block from San Martín Park —one of the most beautiful in the city, with incredible sea views— and a few blocks from Playa Grande, to walk down every day without moving the car.
The living room has a relaxed atmosphere, with design details, TV, and a mix of wood and neutrals that make it super cozy. The kitchen, completely new, is equipped so you can cook comfortably during your stay. You will also find books and details thought out for that moment of pause after the beach.
The department has two very bright bedrooms. The main one has a double bed and a very nice warm decor. The second bedroom has large windows, a French balcony, and a bed with a box spring plus another simple bed that slides out from underneath. It is ideal for families, couples with children, or groups of friends. Additionally, there is a full bathroom and a toilet, both recently renovated.
The area has everything at hand. You are close to Alem, with supermarkets, cafes and places to eat such as Bakery Little Ofelia —with whom we have an alliance and discounts for guests—, Luys, Helados Italia, Tiki Bar, grills and more. A comfortable, green neighborhood with coastal energy.
