On the ground floor you will find a bright living-dining room with a street view, next to an equipped kitchen with a daily dining area—ideal for peaceful breakfasts or to have two dining spaces according to your needs. If you come to co-work in Mar del Plata, these separate spaces work perfectly for virtual meetings without interruptions. It also has a reception toilet.
On the upper floor is located the bedroom sector, developed in an open loft-type space, without divisions. There are the double bed and two single beds. On this same level there is a full bathroom for greater comfort.
Access to the department is by stairs, as is the connection between floors.
We love this apartment for groups of friends (if you like surfing it's ideal because you can walk down to the beach with your board) or families that don't require much privacy, since the bedrooms don't have separation. It's also perfect if you're coming to work remotely and need functional spaces.
The Playa Grande promenade, with its beaches, is ideal year-round for strolling, safe for going with children and pets. During summer and weekends, you can enjoy places like Santa —with its scrambled eggs with potatoes and meat, branches and dulce de leche waffles— and at night bars like El Tiki or Santa, where you can try sushi or stay to dance.
In the Alem circuit you have everything: try the best eclairs and pastries from Little Ofelia, cool surfer clothing and local items at Luys (which also has coffee), across from the apartment you'll find Folc, and the MUU grill. Around the corner you have little bars and vermouth bars like Buchón, Cantina Bernardo and Baum, ideal if you like going out early for a drink. There are also the classics as always: Medialunas SAO, Manolo (Alem branch), Heladería Italia, Heladería Luccianos, Havanna (seasonal only) and Cabrales.
