Maires Urbano is an exclusive and brand-new building located in a strategic area of Mar del Plata to enjoy the modern and urban area all year round: the Güemes zone. This area is characterized by its variety of shops for shopping, cafes for all tastes, gastronomy, bars and more. But it also has easy access, both by car and on foot, from the coast of Mar del Plata at the height of Varese and just a few meters from Colón Avenue if you want to escape to the southern part of the city in a matter of minutes.
Our apartment 403 is a 3-room apartment with 76 m2 with two very bright rooms designed to accommodate up to 5 guests who want to feel like in a hotel.
The apartment is super bright and has high-end details, as well as a modern electronic access and radiant floor heating. The apartment has a living-dining room and a fully equipped semi-integrated kitchen to enjoy at all times.
It has 1 suite bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds + a third bed (trundle). The apartment has a parking space in the building so you don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself.
Also, it has a laundry room with a washing machine.
In the Güemes area, you'll find everything: 2 blocks from the Paseo Aldrey Shopping Center with cinema, restaurants like Dei Fiori (one of our favorite options for pasta) and Furia (a rooftop that combines the cuisine of Sarasa Negro and Perales, 2 emblematic places of Mar del Plata). If you want to stay inside, just a few steps away, you'll find options to prepare your perfect cocktail: Innamorati del Pane is a high-quality sourdough bakery, Barraca has the best Charcuterie and Cabrales to buy other delicacies and wines. If you want to go out and visit a bar, Estación Central is a corner that opens every day and Antares is our always-favorite craft brewery. If you're on the sweet team and like pastry shops, we recommend you stop at Nina Pasticceria or try the ice cream at Lucciano's, both just a few meters from the apartment. And if you want outdoor activities, just step out of the building and walk towards the coast to delight yourself, as you can find the water tower and a beautiful residential area to explore.

(with natural juices ideal for breakfast), Oceanside Restaurant, Angkor Kamados and Wines, Italia Ice Cream Shop and Lucciano's.

This apartment is located right in Varese Neighborhood, Mar del Plata. It has plenty of light and an incredible view of the sea and the entire coast of Mar del Plata. A high-end apartment that has everything necessary for short and long stays.
The living dining room has a sofa with TV (and streaming transmission for apps) where you can relax while looking at the sea. It has a spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook if you prefer. It even has a washing machine and dishwasher. It also has 3 bedrooms: the main one en suite with a balcony with sea view that we love so you can enjoy the view feeling like you're in a hotel. The second bedroom has a double bed and sea view. The third has two single beds. Additionally, you will have a toilet in the reception. The building is suitable for reduced mobility and has 24-hour security. This property has a private and covered double parking space in the building.
You will be close to everything: Guemes area for walking and shopping, coastal walks, coffee breaks and healthy food like Bon Jus! and more classic restaurants such as Oceanside, Stella Maris bodegón, Angkor and Carácter de Fonda, among many other options.
We don't know what else to ask for it to be perfect!
