Maires Urbano is an exclusive brand new building located in a strategic area of Mar del Plata to enjoy its modern and urban area all year round: Güemes area. This area stands out for its variety of shops for shopping, cafeterias for all tastes, gastronomy, bars and more. But also, it has easy access, both by car and on foot, to the Mar del Plata coast at the height of Varese and meters from Avenida Colón if you want to escape to the southern area of the city in a matter of minutes.
Our apartment 304 is a 2-bedroom apartment with 47 m2 that is very bright and designed to accommodate up to 3 guests who want to feel like they are in a hotel.
The apartment is super bright and features high-end details, as well as modern access via electronic lock and radiant floor heating. It has a living-dining room and a semi-integrated fully equipped kitchen to enjoy at all times. It also has a bedroom and full bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room (120x190)
Additionally, the apartment has parking in the building so you won't have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself.
In the Güemes area you'll find everything: 2 blocks from Shopping Paseo Aldrey with cinema, restaurants like Dei Fiori (one of our favorite options for eating pasta) and Furia (a rooftop that combines the cuisine of Sarasa Negro and Perales, 2 emblems of Mar del Plata). If you want to stay indoors just meters away you'll find options to put together your perfect appetizers: Innamorati del Pane is a high-quality sourdough bakery, Barraca has the best Charcuterie and Cabrales to buy other delicacies and wines. If you want to go out and check out a bar, Estación Central is a corner that opens every day and Antares is our artisanal brewery of all time. If you're team sweets and like pastries, we recommend stopping by Nina Pasticceria or trying Lucciano's ice cream, both just meters from the apartment. And if you want outdoor activities, just leaving the building and walking towards the coast will delight you since you'll be able to find the water tower and a divine residential area to explore.

Susana Apartment combines design, comfort, and a privileged location to enjoy Mar del Plata at your own pace. Recycled to new and located on the seventh floor, it allows you to enjoy one of the city's most classic views and have everything within reach.
Designed for up to 3 guests, it features a bright living-dining room with a Teddy-style sofa made up of two mattresses, ideal for a third person who prefers to rest in the armchair or with the possibility of converting into a bed for two people by using the mattresses on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped so you feel at home throughout your stay.
