Living almost right on the sea is possible in our Golf Apartment. Located in the most exclusive area of Playa Grande, just meters from the Playa Grande Golf Course. This half-floor facing the sea will make you feel like you're waking up in the water all year round, and don't worry: in winter it has radiant floor heating. What more could we ask for?
Golf Dept has 260 m² and is designed for 6 guests with 3 en-suite bedrooms. Ideal for maintaining privacy if you come with friends, family, or couples. The main bedroom has a double bed while the rest have single beds. Additionally, it has a toilet for the comfort of all guests. The common areas are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with an incredible view. Furthermore, the building has covered parking and a pool to relax before or after the beach.
You will be 200 meters from Alem Street (our neighborhood avenue with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, health food stores). We love walking at Playa Grande promenade (where the beach resorts are) all year round, and it is very safe to go with children and pets. During summer and weekends, you will be able to enjoy excellent gastronomic options like Santa -with its gramajo scramble, branches, Chimbote dulce de leche waffles, and more-. At night, you can enjoy bar options like El Tiki or Santa (with sushi option that we highly recommend, and if you like to dance, you can stay for a while). And along the Alem circuit, you have many good options for all tastes: Little Ofelia Bakery, Los Toldos Grill, Folc or Kersen Cafe, shopping at Luys, supermarkets and health food stores. Additionally, just meters from the beach, if you like surfing, you can walk down with your board or take classes at the Surf School of Biology or the Yacht.
