On the first floor, climbing up a compact-width staircase, are the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for resting and recharging your energy. In the garden, you will find an outdoor living area and grill, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the southern beaches of Mar del Plata. If you want to go out to eat or have a drink without having to go to Mar del Plata, you can go to Antares del Faro or Gluck, or eat something at the Melchora grill that is open day and night. If you want croissants, the best ones are from SAO and you can find them on the access road of the Alfar neighborhood, and if you want a little coffee in the area, Clover Surf Coffee Shop or the Tea House in Peralta Ramos Forest. You are also minutes away from the Faro Norte restaurant and Chapadmalal, with its beaches and all the offerings it has. If you want to go to the city to find the most outstanding options, you will be just 10 minutes away by car from the restaurant Lo de Fran, Viento en Popa or La Farola.
