With capacity for 6 people, the house has bright environments and a practical distribution for groups or families. On the ground floor are the main bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor, a third bedroom with two single beds offers privacy and beautiful views. The house has two full bathrooms and a toilet. The exterior is one of its great attractions: a completely open garden, integrated into the landscape and perfect for relaxing, sharing moments and enjoying southern sunsets.
From Casa Santiago you are a few minutes from the sea and La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal where you will find grocery stores, market, health food store, cafes and gastronomic options. You are also close to beaches such as Luna Roja and Santa Isabel, as well as cafes and tea houses like Samay Huasi, Bai Bai and Luva Café. A quiet, green location with quick access to everything that makes the south special.
