It also has a reading space with an incredible view. The house is spacious and very comfortable. In addition, the garden is spacious and has a covered parking space and a complete laundry room for your greater comfort.
Barrancas de San Benito is a gated community with security, tennis courts, soccer fields, and children's playgrounds. Additionally, it is 5 minutes from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal, and its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all surfing levels, with public space with bathrooms and also a private beach with a year-round open beach bar under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Very close to Casa Gabriela, you will be able to enjoy the gastronomy and brewery Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options such as milanesas), Luva Café, health food stores, and small markets.
