Description
Luca House has everything to be intimate and at the same time integrated and spacious. We love it for groups of friends or large families. It has integrated spaces such as the kitchen (with indoor grill), dining room and living room with wood stove. Additionally, in a kind of open first floor you will find a double bed and on the ground floor you will access 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with single beds. The lot is 190m² with a garden so well-maintained it looks like a nursery. Plants of different species, gallery with armchair and dining area and a pool with privacy and lots of sun. And if you're a barbecue team, outside you'll find a fire pit designed for bonfires and/or barbecue.
Luca House is located within the Gated Community Barrancas de San Benito, situated in Lobos Chapadmalal. The neighborhood offers 24-hour security, amenities such as soccer and tennis courts, children's playgrounds, well-maintained gravel paths for walking or running, and a very charming forest where you can get lost for a while.
You will be minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal. Its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all surfing levels, with public space featuring bathrooms and also a private beach with a year-round open beach bar under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Additionally, within walking minutes, you can access dining and brewery options such as Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like milanesas), Luva Café (our favorite), health food stores, and small markets.
