At Casa Agustina everything is designed for you to slow down and have a good time. It's bright, spacious, comfortable and full of details that make it special. Agustina House is located in the gated community San Benito, a quiet and safe environment with all the benefits of being in a well-maintained space surrounded by nature. The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen, super bright, with Smart TV, radiant floor heating and an ideal fireplace to light a fire while watching a movie or sharing a glass of wine.
The master bedroom is en suite and has a dressing room. The other two bedrooms have single beds with a trundle bed and share a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a guest powder room. Outside, a pool and a covered gallery with a grill, large table and an outdoor living area await you for long lunches or nights under the stars. On the upper floor, before reaching the master bedroom, there is a reading and relaxation space with a wood stove, perfect for resting in silence or enjoying a sunset.
You will be minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal. Its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all levels of surfing, with public space with bathrooms and also private beach with a beach club open year-round under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Additionally, just minutes away and walking you will be able to access gastronomic and brewery options like Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like breaded cutlets), Luva Café (our favorite), health food stores and small markets.
