This house is ideal for those who are lovers of Surfing, since they have the best beach right in front. You can see the waves from the living room.
The house develops almost entirely on the upper floor, and you have to go up one floor by stairs.
Cruz del Sur is one of the most exclusive and peaceful areas of Chapadmalal. Just a few blocks away you'll find a grocery store on the paved street where they sell basic food items, so we recommend that before your arrival you stop at La Estafeta to stock up if your idea is not to leave the area -we promise you'll want to stay-. If you come by car, you'll be 5 minutes from the most central area of Chapa, with shops like Super Chapa, the health food store, cafés and markets. Near Casa Altamar you'll also be able to enjoy the most beautiful tea house in Chapa: Samay Huasi. It offers afternoon tea service with reservation and also breakfast. And you'll also be very close to Bodega Trapiche Costa&Pampa and Country Marayui, which has a restaurant inside the Club House that is very elegant and peaceful.
