Casa Onita is located in Cruz del Sur, one of the most exclusive, peaceful and tree-lined areas of Chapadmalal, very close to Marayui. It is a 70 m² house, cozy and bright, ideal for up to 3 people looking to rest surrounded by nature without straying far from the key points of the area.
It features one bedroom, a living room integrated with a wood-burning stove and a large garden to enjoy the outdoors. It is equipped with a grill, outdoor furniture, washing machine, wifi, alarm, heating with electric radiators, two fans, screens on all openings and TV.
The electric kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, complete dishes, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
From Casa Onita you are just minutes away from Cruz del Sur, Paradise and Luna Roja beaches, and dining and café options such as Samay Huasi, Bai Bai, Las Cuevas, Luva Café and Proyecto Pescado. You also have nearby supermarkets like Lo de Juampi and Super Chapa.
Mar del Plata is approximately 30 minutes by car (with access to train station, bus terminal and airport).

Casa Maiu is one of our favorite tiny houses. Located in the Santa Isabel neighborhood, a very quiet area within what we know as Chapadmalal and just minutes by car from the commercial area. When you arrive at this house you will feel immersed in the countryside, with exceptional silence and plenty of privacy. Just meters from the beach and cliffs.
Casa Maiu is prepared for 2 people, with the possibility of a third person who can sleep in the living room, as it has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 single bed in the living room that functions as an armchair and is very comfortable for resting, reading or watching a movie.
This house invites you to connect with simplicity. It's perfect without great luxuries. Ideal for those who really want to disconnect and get away from the city. You will be able to enjoy a very cozy interior with a stove strategically positioned so that it reaches high temperatures in just a few minutes in an integrated space with kitchen, living room and dining area. And outside you will be able to enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and countryside, with a grill, fire pit and furniture to relax. Also remember that it is pet-friendly.
At Casa Maiu you will be just a few minutes by car from La Estafeta, the commercial area of Chapa where you can find a greater number of stores, market, health food store, cafés and weekend fair. Your closest beach will be what we call Redondo, a small very private and beautiful beach next to it looking south of Cruz del Sur, another one of our favorite beaches of all time, with the possibility of public or private access with umbrella and more services. You also have little cafés and tea houses like Samay Huasi, Bai-Bai and Luva Café. And if you want a bit more city, you are half an hour from Mar del Plata to experience the best gastronomy.

Aikén Chapa has 4 domes on a 2200 m2 lot where sunshine and the best sunsets of Chapadmalal abound. Each dome, 35m2 each, has everything you need to have an immersive experience in nature but with all the comfort of a home.
Each dome is a loft that comfortably fits 2 people and has the possibility of an extra (boy or girl) in a mezzanine within each unit. The beds, depending on the unit, can be adapted to be a double bed or single beds, ask us according to your needs. Also, a small well-equipped kitchen will solve all your meals during your stay and the living-dining area allows you to have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine at a warm temperature inside the dome if you don't want to be on the deck. Each deck has lounge chairs and space to enjoy your rest privately.
Aikén Chapa is a relaxed space that also invites you to live in community with some common amenities such as a fire pit, pool, grill and communal table space under shade. You will be very close to the most beautiful beach in Chapadmalal: Cruz del Sur and Redondo, allowing you to walk from the dome to the beach all year round.
Cruz del Sur is one of the most exclusive and quiet areas of Chapadmalal. Just a few blocks away you will find a grocery store on the paved street where they sell basic food, so we recommend that before your arrival you stop at La Estafeta to stock up if your idea is not to leave from there -we promise you will want to stay-. If you come by car, you will be 5 minutes from the most central area of Chapa, with shops like Super Chapa, the health food store, cafés and markets. Near Aikén you will also be able to enjoy the most beautiful tea house in Chapa: Samay Huasi. It offers afternoon tea service with reservation and also breakfast. And you will also be very close to Bodega Trapiche Costa&Pampa and Country Marayui, which has a restaurant inside the Club House that is very elegant and quiet.
