Dread Chapa Shack is our most requested complex in Chapadmalal, a true best seller of Hola Sur. Located in the quiet Santa Isabel neighborhood and just three blocks from the sea, this set of three identical houses is ideal for those looking to rest, surf and enjoy nature without going too far.

Each house, with a modern and surfer design, offers accommodation for up to six people. They are spacious and bright, with large windows facing west that offer incredible sunsets.
They have a warm and functional interior: a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room for two people. For cool days, the house has a fireplace in the living room and electric heaters in the bedrooms, ensuring warmth and comfort.
They also have a full bathroom with shower and an integrated kitchen, fully equipped so nothing is missing during your stay. The living room is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, and they also have space to store surfboards.

Outside, each unit has its own private gallery, garden with grill and lots of greenery around to enjoy all year round. It's perfect for families or groups of friends over 25 years old who want to experience Chapadmalal for real!

At Dread Chapa you'll be just a few minutes by car from La Estafeta, Chapa's commercial area where you'll find the most stores, market, health food store, cafes and fair on weekends. Your closest beach will be the one we call Redondo, a small very private and beautiful beach next to it looking south of Cruz del Sur, another of our favorite beaches of all time, with the possibility of public or private access with umbrella and more services. You also have little cafes and tea houses like Samay Huasi, Bai-Bai and Luva Café. And if you want a bit more city, you're half an hour from Mar del Plata to experience the best gastronomy.

For reservations within the period 12/15 to 02/28, payment is made in three installments:

1st payment: at the moment of confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 30 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.

The reservation will be confirmed once the first payment is credited. Failure to make any of the payments may result in cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with current policies.

Casa Agustina is located in the gated community San Benito, a quiet and safe environment with all the benefits of being in a well-maintained space surrounded by nature. The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen, super bright, with Smart TV, radiant floor heating and a fireplace ideal for lighting a fire while watching a movie or sharing a glass of wine.
The master bedroom is en suite and has a dressing room. The other two bedrooms have single beds with a trundle bed and share a full bathroom. There is also a guest powder room. Outside awaits the pool and a covered gallery with a grill, large table and an outdoor living area for long lunches or nights under the stars. On the upper floor, before reaching the master bedroom, there is a reading and relaxation space with a wood stove, perfect for resting in silence or enjoying a sunset.

You will be minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal. Its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all levels of surfing, with public space with bathrooms and also private beach with a beach club open year-round under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Also, just minutes away and walking you will be able to access dining and brewery options like Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like breaded cutlets), Luva Café (our favorite), health food stores and small markets.

In properties located in private neighborhoods, the security deposit will be retained until 14 days after check-out. This is because fines and charges issued by the neighborhood administration are settled monthly and may be reported after the stay.
If no fines or additional charges are recorded, the security deposit will be released once this period is completed.

The maximum speed is 20 km/h. It is essential to respect this limit: there are speed cameras in operation and violations generate fines. If the speed is exceeded, the fine must be paid by the guest.

Entry of visitors depends exclusively on the owner's consent. Without that authorization, external persons cannot enter the house. It is not permitted to accommodate additional persons beyond those agreed upon in the check-in form. Parties and afters are also not permitted.
