On the ground floor, it has an integrated living-dining room connected to the kitchen, with large windows that fill all environments with natural light. An internal staircase leads to a loft-style second living room, a perfect extra space to relax, watch a movie, or have more privacy.
The house has three bedrooms:
Main bedroom: double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom: two single beds.
Third bedroom: two single beds.
Additionally, there is a second full bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In the exterior you will find a grill, garden, and covered parking within the property.
The location is ideal for moving around Chapadmalal: you are minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of the neighborhood, and very close to Luna Roja, a perfect beach for surfers of all levels, with public space with bathrooms and a private beach with a parador open all year round under the curatorship of the renowned restaurant Sarasa Negro.
You will also have nearby gastronomic and coffee proposals such as Las Cuevas, La Casa del Abuelo (famous for its flan and gluten-free options), Luva Café, health food stores and small markets.
