At Casa Joaquín you will feel very close to the simplicity of living near the sea and the countryside, but with all the elegance of a house with spectacular and sophisticated details. This house is located in the Closed Neighborhood Barrancas de San Benito, in Los Lobos Chapadmalal. A safe, peaceful, and family-friendly place.
Joaquin House is designed to receive up to 6 guests. With differentiated spaces between the main en-suite bedroom on the upper floor and 2 bedrooms with individual beds and their bathroom on the lower floor. On the ground floor, you will be able to enjoy a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, a wood stove that will accompany you throughout your stay, and for those who feel cold, it also has radiant floor heating so you can always feel warm.
Additionally, it features a bathroom for greater comfort. Outside, you will be able to prepare barbecues under an open and covered space like a gallery with a spectacular view. Whether from there, the garden, or from inside the house, Casa Joaquin is located on one of the neighborhood's hills and for this reason offers an incredible view of the countryside and the best sunsets.
You will be minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal. Its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all surfing levels, with public space featuring bathrooms and also a private beach with a year-round open beach bar under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Additionally, within walking minutes, you can access dining and brewery options such as Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like milanesas), Luva Café (our favorite), health food stores, and small markets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- MAXIMUM SPEED ALLOWED WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD 20KM/H. It is important that you know that there are radars that issue photo tickets. In case the guest receives a ticket, they must take responsibility.
- For stays longer than 7 nights, we request a guarantee deposit of USD 300 to be paid at check-in, in cash (in pesos at the blue exchange rate of the day of entry). This will be refunded within 48 hours via bank deposit.
