Each unit has a bright living-dining room with integrated kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to accommodate up to four people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and each house has a full bathroom with shower and dressing room, practical and functional.
On the outside, each unit includes a private gallery, garden with grill and plenty of greenery around to enjoy all year round. It's perfect for families or groups of friends over 25 years old who want to truly experience Chapadmalal.
At Dread Shack you will be just a few minutes by car from La Estafeta, the commercial area of Chapa where you can find warehouses, market, health food store, cafés and a fair on weekends. 500 meters away you will have Santa Isabel, a small and very beautiful beach. You are also close to small cafés and tea houses like Samay Huasi, Bai-Bai and Luva Café. And if you want a bit more of the city, Mar del Plata is just half an hour away to enjoy the best gastronomy.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
For reservations of more than 15 nights, payment is made in three installments:
1st payment: at the time of confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 45 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.
