PIT House has all the comfort that 6 people need to escape for a few days to the countryside and the sea in Chapadmalal. This house is located within the Closed Neighborhood Barrancas de San Benito, which has 24-hour security, children's games, small forests and walks, soccer and tennis courts, and the best sunsets to watch from the stream.

Our House is ideal for friends or families as it has 3 bedrooms designed for 2 people each: the main one en suite with a walk-in closet and wood stove in the same bedroom (and not to mention the spectacular view of the countryside). The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has a bunk bed style, smaller but equally comfortable and bright. Additionally, an integrated kitchen with a bar, dining room and living room with smart TV and wood stove, and a covered gallery with a grill well integrated into the house.

Barrancas de San Benito is 5 minutes from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal, and its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all surfing levels, with public space with bathrooms and also a private beach with a pavilion open all year round under the curatorship of one of the most exclusive restaurants in Mar del Plata: Sarasa Negro.

Moreover, very close by you will be able to enjoy the gastronomy and brewery Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options such as milanesas), Luva Café, health food stores, and small markets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: MAXIMUM SPEED ALLOWED WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD 20KM/H. It is important that you know that there are radars that issue photo tickets. In the event that the guest receives a ticket, they must take responsibility.

- The bail will be paid by bank transfer to the owner's account and will be released 7 days after the stay, due to the deadlines that the neighborhood manages to report possible fines.

At Casa Agustina everything is designed so you can slow down and have a good time. It is bright, spacious, comfortable, and has details that make it special. Ideal for a few days at the beach, pool, barbecue, and long naps with a view of the countryside. It has just the right mix of nature, design, and tranquility that makes you not want to leave.

Agustina House is located in the gated community of San Benito, a quiet and safe environment with all the benefits of being in a well-maintained space surrounded by nature. The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, super bright, with Smart TV, radiant slab, and an ideal fireplace to light a small fire while watching a movie or sharing a glass of wine.

The main bedroom is en suite and has a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have single beds with a cart and share a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a reception toilet. Outside, a pool and a covered gallery with a grill, large table, and an outdoor living area await you for long lunches or nights under the stars. On the upper floor, before reaching the main bedroom, there is a reading and relaxation space with a wood stove, perfect for resting in silence or accompanying a sunset.

🚗 Speed
The maximum speed is 20 km/h. It is essential to respect this limit: radars are in operation and infractions generate fines. If speed is exceeded, the fine must be paid by the guest.

👥 Visits
The entry of visitors depends exclusively on the owner's consent. Without that authorization, external persons cannot enter the house. It is not allowed to host additional people beyond those agreed upon in the entry form. Parties or after-parties are also not permitted.

🐾 Pets
Dangerous dog breeds and loose pets are not allowed within the neighborhood. Entering the property with pets without informing the agency is also not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in fines.
