The living room sofa bed has blackout curtains to ensure good rest, and all houses have their own garden with gallery, grill, fire pit and solarium, plus hot/cold air conditioning and screens.
The spaces are connected only through the common area: a spectacular pool with a windmill, the only shared environment in the complex.
Just a few blocks from Luna Roja beach, you'll be close to the area's classics: Las Cuevas, the cult flan from La Casa del Abuelo (with gluten-free options), Luva Café, health food stores and small markets. Additionally, Luna Roja offers a private tent sector and pet-friendly public beach, and its restaurant —created together with the prestigious Sarasa Negro— is open year-round. Dread Shack Nodo Norte is a spot designed for those looking to disconnect, relax and enjoy Chapa surrounded by nature and sea. A complex of three houses located in the quiet Santa Isabel neighborhood, meters from the sea.
Each unit has a bright living-dining room with integrated kitchen, equipped with everything needed to accommodate up to four people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and each house has a full bathroom with shower and dressing room, practical and functional.
Outside, each unit has a private gallery, garden with grill and plenty of greenery around to enjoy all year long. It's perfect for families or groups of friends over 25 years old who want to experience Chapadmalal for real.
At Dread Shack you'll be just a few minutes by car from La Estafeta, Chapa's commercial area where you'll find stores, market, health food store, cafés and weekend fair. 500 meters away you'll have Santa Isabel, a small and very nice beach.
