Description
Living a block from the sea has never been a better plan. Casa Paraiso is a brand new single-story house, designed for 4 people and decorated with excellent taste. It features a gallery with a private grill and fire pit, an integrated kitchen with a living-dining area with a super cozy wood stove, and two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two beds (which can be joined with a pillow top) and a full bathroom with shower.
Casa Paraiso is part of Land Houses, a set of 4 houses within the same property, each with independent entrance, privacy, grill and fire pit of its own. They are located in an excellent area of Chapadmalal: 2 blocks from Paradise beach and 3 blocks from Cruz del Sur. Pets are welcome (except dangerous breeds), always with prior approval. Keep in mind that, although the land is delimited, there are open areas where dogs can enter and exit freely.
Cruz del Sur is one of the quietest and most exclusive areas of Chapadmalal. You will be just 5 minutes by car from the most central area of Chapa, where there are shops like Super Chapa, health food store, cafés and markets. Very close by you will also be able to enjoy the Samay Huasi tea house, Bodega Trapiche Costa & Pampa and the Marayui Country restaurant. Nearby beaches —like Luna Roja and Cruz del Sur— are spacious and beautiful, and Paradise is one of our favorite spots for surfing.

Dread Shack Nodo Norte is a spot designed for those looking to disconnect, relax and enjoy Chapa surrounded by nature and sea. A complex of three houses located in the quiet Santa Isabel neighborhood, meters from the sea.
