Chapadmalal - House

Dread Chapa Shack is our most requested complex in Chapadmalal, a true best seller of Hola Sur. Located in the quiet Santa Isabel neighborhood and just three blocks from the sea, this set of three identical houses is ideal for those looking to rest, surf, and enjoy nature without going too far away.

Each house, with a modern and surfer design, offers accommodation for up to six people. They are spacious and bright, with large west-facing windows that offer incredible sunsets.
They have a warm and functional interior: a main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room for two people. For cool days, the house has a wood stove in the living room and electric heaters in the bedrooms, ensuring warmth and comfort.
They also have a full bathroom with a shower and an integrated kitchen, fully equipped so that nothing is missing during the stay. The living room is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, and they also have space to store surfboards.

On the outside, each unit has its private gallery, garden with grill and lots of green around to enjoy all year round. It is perfect for families or groups of friends over 25 years old who want to truly live Chapadmalal!

In Dread Chapa you will be a few minutes by car from La Estafeta, the commercial area of Chapa where you will find the largest number of stores, market, health food store, cafes and fair on weekends. Your closest beach will be the one we call Redondo, a small and beautiful private beach next to looking south of Cruz del Sur, another of our all-time favorite beaches, with the possibility of public or private entry with umbrella and more services. You also have small cafes and tea houses like Samay Huasi, Bai-Bai and Luva Café. And if you want a bit more city, you are half an hour from Mar del Plata to know the best of gastronomy.

- Heating is through a wood stove in the living room, air conditioning cold/heat in the main bedroom and electric heaters.

Luca House has everything to be intimate and at the same time integrated and spacious. We love it for groups of friends or large families. It has integrated spaces such as the kitchen (with indoor grill), dining room and living room with wood stove. Additionally, in a kind of open first floor you will be able to find a double bed and on the ground floor you will access 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with single beds. The lot is 190m² and a garden so well-kept that it looks like a nursery. Plants of different species, gallery with armchair and dining area and a pool with privacy and lots of sun. And if you are a barbecue team, outside you will find a fire pit designed for bonfires and/or grill.

Luca House is inside the Closed Neighborhood Barrancas de San Benito, located in Lobos Chapadmalal. The neighborhood has 24-hour security, amenities such as soccer and tennis courts, children's playgrounds, well-maintained gravel paths for walking or running, and a very charming forest to get lost in for a while.

You will be minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal. Its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all surfing levels, with public space with bathrooms and also a private beach with a year-round open beach bar under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Additionally, within minutes and walking, you can access gastronomic and brewery options such as Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like milanesas), Luva Café (our favorite), health food stores, and small markets.

🚗 Speed
The maximum speed is 20 km/h. It is essential to respect this limit: radars are in operation and infractions generate fines. If speed is exceeded, the fine must be paid by the guest.

👥 Visits
The entry of visitors depends exclusively on the owner's consent. Without that authorization, external persons cannot enter the house. It is not allowed to host additional people beyond those agreed upon in the entry form. Parties or after-parties are also not permitted.

🐾 Pets
Dangerous dog breeds and loose pets are not allowed within the neighborhood. Entering the property with pets without informing the agency is also not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in fines.
