In our Casa Altamar you will experience the best of Chapa. A house on high ground with an incredible view of the Atlantic Sea at the height of Cruz del Sur, an exclusive area of Chapadmalal.
Designed for up to 6 guests, Casa Altamar has 3 bedrooms: 1 with 2 single beds and 2 with double beds. It has 1 full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar and integrated into the living-dining room. Ideal for spending time with friends or family and enjoying the best sunrises from your house in pajamas.
This house is ideal for surf lovers, as they have the best beach right in front. You can see the waves from the living room.
The house is developed almost completely on the upper floor, and you have to go up one floor by stairs.
In the same property, there is a Loft on the ground floor, equipped for 3 people with one bathroom. Keep this in mind if you want privacy. Although you won't have to cross paths with the guests downstairs, it's important that you know! :)
Cruz del Sur is one of the most exclusive and quiet areas of Chapadmalal. A few blocks away you will have a grocery store on the paved street where they sell basic food, so we recommend stopping at La Estafeta before your arrival to equip yourself if your idea is not to leave from there -we promise you will want to stay-. If you come by car, you will be 5 minutes from the most central area of Chapa, with businesses such as Super Chapa, the health food store, cafes and fairs. Near Casa Altamar you will also be able to enjoy the most beautiful tea house in Chapa: Samay Huasi. It offers afternoon tea service with reservation and also breakfast. And you will also be very close to the Trapiche Costa&Pampa Winery and the Marayui Country Club, which has a very noble and quiet restaurant inside the Club House.
