At Casa Agustina everything is designed for you to slow down and have a great time. It is bright, spacious, comfortable and with details that make it special. Casa Agustina is located in the gated community San Benito, a quiet and safe environment with all the benefits of being in a well-maintained space surrounded by nature. The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen, super bright, with Smart TV, radiant floor heating and a fireplace ideal for lighting a fire while watching a movie or sharing a glass of wine.
The master bedroom is en suite and has a dressing room. The other two bedrooms have single beds with a trundle bed and share a full bathroom. There is also a guest powder room. Outside awaits the pool and a covered gallery with a grill, large table and an outdoor living area for long lunches or nights under the stars. On the upper floor, before reaching the master bedroom, there is a reading and relaxation space with a wood stove, perfect for resting in silence or enjoying a sunset.

You will be minutes away from La Estafeta, the small commercial area of Chapadmalal. Its closest sandy beach is Luna Roja, ideal for all levels of surfing, with public space with bathrooms and also private beach with a beach club open year-round under the curation of one of Mar del Plata's most exclusive restaurants: Sarasa Negro. Also, just minutes away and walking you will be able to access dining and brewery options like Las Cuevas, the best flan in Chapa at La Casa del Abuelo (with many gluten-free options like breaded cutlets), Luva Café (our favorite), health food stores and small markets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

For reservations within the period 12/15 to 02/28, payment is made in three installments:

1st payment: at the time of confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 30 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.

The reservation will be confirmed once the first payment is credited. Failure to make any of the payments may result in cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with current policies.

In properties located in private neighborhoods, the security deposit will be retained until 14 days after check-out. This is because fines and charges issued by the neighborhood administration are settled monthly and may be reported after the stay.
If no fines or additional charges are recorded, the security deposit will be released once this period is completed.

The maximum speed is 20 km/h. It is essential to respect this limit: there are speed cameras in operation and violations generate fines. If the speed is exceeded, the fine must be paid by the guest.

Entry of visitors depends exclusively on the owner's consent. Without that authorization, external persons cannot enter the house. It is not permitted to accommodate additional persons beyond those agreed upon in the check-in form. Parties and afters are also not permitted.

Living a block from the sea has never been a better plan. Our Land Houses are 4 houses within the same property with all the comfort and details you won't want to miss. They are brand new and have very good taste. We don't need to tell you much more, right? =)

The complex is located in a very good area of Chapadmalal: 2 blocks from Paradise and 3 from Cruz del Sur.

All 4 houses have independent entrances, private grill and fire pit.

Casa Bosque is designed on 2 floors and designed for up to 5 guests. The ground floor has a living-dining room with integrated and fully equipped kitchen. Also, a bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom. On the upper floor it has an open loft-style bedroom with 3 beds (2 of which can be made into a double bed with pillow) and a spectacular rest net and design to throw yourself to relax after the beach. There is also air conditioning and a wood stove so the temperature you choose is perfect.

Don't worry about what to do with your pet because they are welcome, as long as you are not of a dangerous breed and always with prior approval from us. What is important is that although the property is delimited with a gate, there are open spaces through which dogs can enter and exit freely. The complex also allows you to leave your car inside and the houses all have alarms.

Cruz del Sur is one of the most exclusive and peaceful areas of Chapadmalal. You will be 5 minutes by car from the most central area of Chapa, with shops like Super Chapa, the health food store, cafés and markets. Close to Landhouses you will also be able to enjoy the most beautiful tea house in Chapa: Samay Huasi. It offers afternoon tea service with reservation and also breakfast. You will also be very close to Bodega Trapiche Costa&Pampa and Country Marayui, which has a restaurant inside the Club House that is very elegant and peaceful. The nearby beaches are also very beautiful, like Luna Roja (with a restaurant open year-round) and Cruz del Sur. And Paradise is one of our favorite surf spots.
