Enjoy all the tranquility of Peralta Ramos Forest in our Mariano house. Designed for 4 people, Mariano house is located in the heart of the Forest, it is a quiet area with unlimited sun and trees.

The property features a beautiful private garden that you will enjoy very much with garden furniture and a grill. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and microwave oven, as well as kitchen utensils. The living and dining area is cozy and bright, with a fireplace that creates a very warm atmosphere.

It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. It also has air conditioning and heating to guarantee the ideal temperature you prefer.

The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the beaches of southern Mar del Plata. If you want to go out to eat or have a drink without having to go to Mar del Plata, you'll be able to go to Antares del Faro or Gluck, or eat something at the Melchora grill which is open day and night. If you want medialunas, the best ones are from SAO and you can find them on the collector road in the Alfar neighborhood, and if you want a little coffee in the Clover Surf Coffee Shop area or the Tea House in Bosque Peralta Ramos. And if you want to go to the city to find the most outstanding options, you'll be just 10 minutes by car from the Lo de Fran restaurant, Viento en Popa or La Farola.

For reservations of more than 15 nights, payment is made in three installments:

1st payment: at the time of confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 45 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.

A local neighborhood with year-round residents and in a perfect midpoint between Chapadmalal and downtown Mar del Plata.

Francisco's House is newly renovated and designed for up to 4 people. It features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms to enhance privacy during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, independent, and spacious. The living-dining room is the perfect size to share with friends and family and connects to a large, green garden with an outdoor grill and relaxation space. Additionally, you'll have private space to park your car safely and quickly.

If you want to head south of Mar del Plata, it will be quick and simple for you since you are 20 minutes from Chapadmalal and 10 from Alfar. If you want to go to the center of Mar del Plata, you also won't take more than 15 minutes. Also, if you like eating out, you will be able to be 5 minutes by car from renowned restaurants like Lo de Fran Cocina de Mar, or the classic Viento en Popa or la Farola. If you prefer the south, also in the Punta Mogotes area you will be able to enjoy Antares and other delicious options in the neighborhood.
