Designed for 6 people, the house has a living dining room with an integrated kitchen, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms: the main one en suite with a double bed, another with a double bed, and a third with two single beds, all with air conditioning. Additionally, it has 2 full bathrooms and a reception toilet, plus an indoor grill for your barbecues.
Outside, you will find a pool of 2.5 x 5 and a wide space to enjoy the sun. The house has 2 semi-covered parking spaces and 2 uncovered ones, all designed for your comfort and peace of mind.
The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the beaches of southern Mar del Plata. Within the neighborhood, you will be able to enjoy a pool, tennis and soccer courts, and a clubhouse with a restaurant, perfect for spending the day without moving too much.
If you want to go out to eat or have a drink, nearby you'll find Antares del Faro or Gluck, or the Melchora grill, which is open day and night. For croissants, the best ones are at SAO, on the collector road in the Alfar neighborhood, and if you're looking for a little coffee, you can go to Clover Surf Coffee Shop or the Tea House in Peralta Ramos Forest. And if you want to move a bit further, 10 minutes by car are the most outstanding restaurants in Mar del Plata: Lo de Fran, Viento en Popa or La Farola.
