Casa Romi is a spacious house for up to 6 people, located in Arenas Chico, a gated community in the south of Mar del Plata. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: MAXIMUM SPEED ALLOWED WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD 20KM/H. It is important that you know that there are radars that issue photo tickets. In the event that the guest receives a ticket, they must take responsibility.

- Exclusive rental for adults: groups under 30 years old are not accepted, thus prioritizing the care of the environment and the rest of everyone.

- The bail will be paid by bank transfer to the owner's account and will be released 7 days after the stay, due to the deadlines that the neighborhood manages to report possible fines.

With 204 m², it features a super spacious and bright living room, large windows with views of the golf course and an integrated kitchen-dining area with an island, fully equipped for 6 guests.
The house has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom is en suite, with a double bed and full bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, respectively, and share a full bathroom with bathtub. Additionally, there is a guest powder room.
Outside, the fun continues: patio, pool and covered grill to make the most of beautiful days, enjoy some delicious food and have a great vacation.

For reservations within the period 15/12 to 28/02, payment is made in three installments:

1st payment: at the moment of confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 30 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.

The reservation will be confirmed once the first payment is credited. Failure to make any of the payments may result in the cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with current policies.
