The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the beaches of southern Mar del Plata. Within the neighborhood, you will be able to enjoy a pool, tennis and soccer courts, and a clubhouse with a restaurant, perfect for spending the day without moving too much.

If you want to go out to eat or have a drink, nearby you'll find Antares del Faro or Gluck, or the Melchora grill, which is open day and night.
