Beautiful house on the lake shore with incredible view of the mountains and Lake Gutiérrez. Nice and comfortable, without luxuries.
In summer you have direct access to the beach, ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking (includes kayak use), forest walks and bike rides. The garden has automatic irrigation and a small vegetable garden. The lawn is mowed once a week.
In winter, its location is excellent for enjoying skiing: just 8 minutes by car from Cerro Catedral. The heating maintains an ideal temperature throughout the house, even on cool summer nights.
