If no fines or additional charges are registered, the deposit will be released once this period is completed.
The maximum speed is 20 km/h. It is essential to respect this limit: there are speed cameras in operation and violations generate fines. If the speed limit is exceeded, the guest must pay the fine.
The entry of visitors depends exclusively on the owner's consent. Without that authorization, external people cannot enter the house. It is not permitted to accommodate additional people beyond those agreed upon in the check-in form. Parties and after-parties are also not allowed.
