Sergio's Apartment is a cool, bright studio designed to make you feel like you're in a hotel, but with the warmth of home. Ideal for 2 people (we love it for couples looking to get away for a few days or settle in comfortably).
The space is really well laid out: double bed, living area and integrated kitchen with everything you need, blending harmoniously with the space. It also has a full bathroom with shower.
It also has details that make a difference: blackout curtains for complete rest and electronic lock for added convenience.
The building enhances the experience: it has laundry on the top floor and a co-working space with terrace, ideal if you need to mix work and rest. The barbecue area is available only for stays of more than 30 days (with additional cost and subject to regulations).
It doesn't have parking, but right across the street there's a very good parking option, super convenient.
Location is key: you're 10 blocks from Bristol Beach, the Central Casino and the Rambla, in one of Mar del Plata's most classic areas. Perfect for walking around and being close to the sea.
In the neighborhood you have everything: Heladería Italia (their sambayón is a must), Proyecto Bar for drinks, Brasa for a great barbecue, Chauvín with microtheater and cultural events, Café Heraldo for a good breakfast or afternoon tea, and Shopping Paseo Aldrey next to the Güemes commercial area to walk around or take care of what you need.

Cabin 3 has 32 m² and is designed as a comfortable and functional studio for 2 people. It features a full kitchen, dining area, double bed and dressing room.
