It has a fully equipped kitchen-dining area for a practical and relaxed stay, ideal for both a short getaway or staying a few more days.
On the back side you have a balcony-terrace overlooking a tree-filled courtyard.
The location is privileged. You are in the heart of the Macrocentro, with everything nearby: 5 blocks from Plaza Colón, with the most beautiful carousel in Mar del Plata, and the Central Casino; and 8 blocks from the Sea Lions, the Auditorium Theater and Bristol Beach, the most emblematic beach in the city. This area is a timeless classic and in low season it's even more enjoyable, because you experience the more local culture.
In the neighborhood you have everything: Heladería Italia (the sambayón is a must), Proyecto Bar for a drink, Chauvín with microtheater and cultural offerings, Café Heraldo for a good breakfast or afternoon tea, and Shopping Paseo Aldrey next to the Güemes commercial area to take a walk or take care of what you need.
The apartment does not have a garage, but a few blocks away you will find paid parking.
