Living a block from the sea was never a better plan. Our Land Houses are 4 houses within the same property with all the comfort and details you won't want to miss. They are brand new and have very good taste. We don't need to tell you much more, right? =)

The complex is located in a very good area of Chapadmalal: 2 blocks from Paradise and 3 from Cruz del Sur.

The 4 houses have independent entrances, private grill, and fireplace.

Mirador House is designed on 2 floors and designed for up to 5 guests. The ground floor has a living-dining room with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen. Also, a bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom. On the upper floor there is an open loft-style bedroom with 3 beds (2 of which can be made into a double bed with pillow) and a spectacular rest hammock and design to throw yourself to relax after the beach. There is also air conditioning and a wood stove so that the temperature you choose is perfect.

Don't worry about what to do with your pet because they are welcome, as long as it is not a dangerous breed and always with prior approval from us. What is important is that although the property is delimited with a gate, there are open spaces through which dogs can enter and exit freely. The complex also allows you to leave your car inside and all houses have alarms.

Cruz del Sur is one of the most exclusive and peaceful areas of Chapadmalal. You'll be 5 minutes by car from the most central area of Chapa, with shops like Super Chapa, the health food store, cafés and fairs. Close to Landhouses you'll also be able to enjoy the most beautiful tea house in Chapa: Samay Huasi. It offers afternoon tea service with reservation and also breakfast. You'll also be very close to Bodega Trapiche Costa&Pampa and Country Marayui, which has a restaurant inside the Club House that is very elegant and peaceful. The nearby beaches are also very beautiful, like Luna Roja (with a restaurant open year-round) and Cruz del Sur. And Paradise is one of our favorite surf spots.

1st payment: at the time of confirming the reservation.
2nd payment: 45 days after the first payment is made.
3rd and final payment: the day before check-in.

The reservation will be confirmed once the first payment is credited. Failure to make any of the payments may result in the cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with current policies.

Casa Lula is a unique bioclimatic house in Chapadmalal, built by its own owners with noble materials and sustainable techniques. Located on the road to the estates, at the height of Cruz del Sur and Santa Isabel, it proposes an experience of rest in connection with nature, silence and the rhythms of the day. Its structure of frames with organic wheat bales, living roof and coatings of clay, lime and wood create a warm atmosphere, with an enveloping acoustics and a sensation of total well-being.

The house has an independent entrance within the same property where the first Casa La Pai is located (former restaurant and current home of its owners). As you pass through its blue door gate, you will find a garden with wild and native vegetation, where you can also park your car on the grounds. Upon entering, a deck receives the morning sun. The interior opens into an integrated living, dining and kitchen space, with full natural light, wood stove and a comfortable armchair that also functions as an additional bed for a fifth person. The layout is simple and functional: Master bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with double access (from inside and outside, ideal for returning from the beach in summer). One of our favorite corners is the reading nook built-in next to a large window with a view of the garden. At night, it transforms into a small observatory to watch the sky and stars. Outside, the house has a private outdoor shower, a fire pit with the possibility of use as a grill and a large table for sharing meals, reading or simply enjoying the surroundings.

The location is ideal: on the paved road towards Country Club Marayui and Estancia Santa Isabel, just five blocks from Redondo and Cruz del Sur beaches—two of our favorites in the area. A simple, comfortable, and deeply welcoming space, surrounded by nature and minutes from the sea.

As part of the experience, the house does not have blinds or blackout curtains, inviting you to live in harmony with natural light. In any case, we provide eye masks for those who prefer more darkness while resting.
