Everything designed so you can be comfortable and enjoy your vacation.
Cruz del Sur is one of the most exclusive and quiet areas of Chapadmalal. A few blocks away you'll have a grocery store on the paved street where you can get the basics, but we recommend making a previous stop at La Estafeta to stock up if your idea is to stay there —you'll see that you won't want to move—. If you come by car, you're just 5 minutes from the most central area of Chapa, with businesses like Super Chapa, the health food store, cafes and fairs. Near Aikén you'll also find Samay Huasi, the prettiest tea house in the area, ideal for afternoon tea (with reservation). And if something different tempts you, you'll be very close to Trapiche Costa & Pampa Winery and the Marayui Country Club, which has a quiet restaurant inside the Club House.

The complex is located in a very good area of Chapadmalal: 2 blocks from Paradise and 3 from Cruz del Sur.
The 4 houses have independent entrances, private grill, and fireplace.
Mirador House is designed on 2 floors and thought for up to 5 guests. The ground floor has a living-dining room with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, there is an open loft-style bedroom with 3 beds (2 of which can be made into a matrimonial bed with a pillow) and a rest net with a spectacular design to relax after the beach. There is also air conditioning and a wood stove so that the temperature you choose is perfect.
Don't worry about what to do with your pet because they are welcome, as long as they are not a dangerous breed and always with our prior approval. What is important is that although the property is delimited with a gate, there are open spaces through which dogs can enter and exit freely. The complex also allows you to leave your car inside and all houses have alarms.
