Cliff Shelters has two completely identical houses: Sand House and Sea House. Each has its own garden and the necessary privacy to enjoy a beautiful stay.
They are located in the Acantilados neighborhood, 2 blocks from the sea and beaches between Chapadmalal and Mar del Plata. Acantilados is a quiet and growing neighborhood, with young families and local businesses. Additionally, it has easy access to the city of Mar del Plata and Chapadmalal in case you want to go further south.
Each house has a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. In the same space, there is a sailor-style sofa bed with very comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains. A main bathroom and a bedroom, all brand new. Outside, you will have a churrasco-style grill, a dining table with an umbrella, and an outdoor living area in the front of the house to enjoy all day. Additionally, with an open space to park your car, we couldn't ask for more!

A place to enjoy all year round: Peralta Ramos Forest, with unique silence and vegetation. In summer you will be able to be near the southern beaches without traffic, cool temperature and little sun between the trees. In winter you will be able to enjoy the calm of the forest and endless walks.
This property brings together three houses that coexist on the same plot of land, each with its own independent garden so you can enjoy the outdoors without crossing paths with anyone. They only share access and parking, ensuring total privacy and complete relaxation.
At Casa Jazmín, the ground floor houses the bright dining room, equipped kitchen, and full bathroom with shower, heated with gas heaters to keep you comfortable in any season. On the first floor, climbing up a compact-width staircase, are the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for resting and recharging your energy. In the garden, you will find an outdoor living area and grill, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the southern beaches of Mar del Plata. If you want to go out to eat or have a drink without having to go to Mar del Plata, you can go to Antares del Faro or Gluck, or eat something at the Melchora grill that is open day and night. If you want croissants, the best ones are from SAO and you can find them on the access road of the Alfar neighborhood, and if you want a little coffee in the area, Clover Surf Coffee Shop or the Tea House in Peralta Ramos Forest. You are also minutes away from the Faro Norte restaurant and Chapadmalal, with its beaches and all the offerings it has. If you want to go to the city to find the most outstanding options, you will be just 10 minutes away by car from the restaurant Lo de Fran, Viento en Popa or La Farola.
